DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on location.
For made-to-order or personalized pieces, production takes approximately 4 weeks before shipping. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are ready.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES
Mukhi Sisters is not responsible for:
- Packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier.
- Delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or unattended mailboxes.
- Packages returned to sender. In such cases, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.
