RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

At Mukhi Sisters, client satisfaction is a top priority. If for any reason you're not fully happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt for store credit only. We do not offer cash or card refunds. Store credit is valid for a period of one year from the date of issue and can be used online or in-store.

To request a return, email online@mukhisisters.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Be sure to include the reason for your return. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance. We recommend using DHL, Aramex, or FedEx, and strongly suggest insuring the package for its full value, along with obtaining a tracking number. Mukhi Sisters is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

Returned items must be in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and jewelry cards intact. Please keep your original receipt for your records. Returns that arrive used, damaged, or without original packaging will not be eligible for store credit.

Final Sale: All sale items, personalized orders, and custom-made pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange unless defective.

Mukhi Sisters reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the policy above.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at online@mukhisisters.com so we can assist you.

Please note: Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents will not be accepted for return or replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not already shipped or entered production. For made-to-order and personalized pieces, cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on location.

For made-to-order or personalized pieces, production takes approximately 4 weeks before shipping. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are ready.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES

Mukhi Sisters is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier.
  • Delivery issues due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or unattended mailboxes.
  • Packages returned to sender. In such cases, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.

We recommend double-checking your shipping information before submitting your order.

TAXES, DUTIES & CURRENCY

For international orders, shipping fees vary based on destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

All prices are listed in USD, and your bank may apply its own currency conversion rates or international transaction fees. Mukhi Sisters is not responsible for exchange rate differences or additional fees charged by your financial institution.
