Availability & Ordering Policy:

Out of Stock and/or Modified Orders:
Some Mukhi Sisters pieces are made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. In addition to that, some modified products may vary from the originals posted online. Thus pictures are for illustration purpose only.

In Stock:
Items that are available in stock, will take up to 48hours to be prepared for shipment.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us.

If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

Please note that any Mukhi Sisters items you see on the official MukhiSIsters Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other social media are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us at online@mukhisisters.com

*Modified Orders: Items that can be reproduced but depending on availability of stones. Size, shape, weight or color might vary. And you will be notified before the transaction is made.


Shipping Inside Lebanon:
For shipping inside Lebanon, please note that paying for expedited shipping does not mean that you will receive your goods the next day. Refer to our Availability & Ordering Policy for more information on our preparation time for orders.

At Mukhi Sisters, we care about our customer’s satisfaction. Should you need your order by a specific date please send an email to online@mukhisisters.com and we will try our best to serve you.

We ensure shipments on all orders. For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email.

For insurance purposes, all orders require signature upon delivery, no exceptions.

International Shipping:
For all international orders, please note that paying for expedited shipping does not mean that you will receive your goods the next day. Refer to our Availability & Ordering Policy for more information on our preparation time for orders.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any tax, duty fees and/or extra charges whatsoever on orders required to go through customs.

We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately, there are some countries that we cannot ship to by law.

Jewelry Care and Rhodium Disclaimer:
The longevity of rhodium jewelry depends on proper care to avoid tarnishing. Always remove your rhodium jewelry before washing your hands, bathing, swimming, or using household cleaning products. Additionally, please note that certain lotions and oils may strip the plating from your jewelry. To prevent scratches, we advise that you store your jewelry in a velvet lined jewelry box or pouch.

Returns, Repairs, & Re-Sizing:
Mukhi Sisters want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email online@mukhisisters.com for a repair authorization within 48hrs from receiving your order.

Mukhi Sisters is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We do NOT refund shipping charges on return items.

All of our rings are standard EU sizes. If you don’t know your EU sizes, we suggest getting sized by a local jeweler. You can also reference the ring size link on our homepage to see the conversions. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Choosing the correct ring size is the responsibility of the customer, as people differ in the way in which they prefer their rings to fit.

Cancellations:
There is no window for you to cancel your purchase. Every piece is handmade and many are custom pieces, thus cannot be canceled.

Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Each gift card is available for 12 months only from the date of purchase and it can only be used on mukhisisters.com.
  • Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient and a copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.
  • Mukhi Sisters is not liable if you have entered an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and we are not responsible if your gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
  • Your order total cannot be less than the amount of the gift card. And if it exceeds the amount, the rest should be paid by credit or debit card.
